Turner's teaching style is to meet the students on their level, and bring them up as they go, while Feeny prefers to start with the end point in mind, "this is the level you need to be at," and work toward. Granted, the conclusion that Maya's painting was actually an expressionist take on Riley's purple cat was a little cheesy -- specifically the part where Maya didn't even know she'd done it. Disney shows in this generation SUCK badly, but I think they did a really great job on GMW. Both the girls are very pretty on the show, however that is all they seem to have going for them because the acting isn't believable.
